industry. We serve as consultants to operators as well as developers seeking to determine feasibility for projects of all sizes
and levels of care/licensure.

ICC is frequently engaged to prepare licensure applications, responses to statements of deficiencies including addressing endangerment violations, market analysis/census growth and identifying solutions for any operational challenges.
Experience
ICC is the licensed operator of several Assisted Living Residences in New York providing an additional, hands-on, level of expertise to best serve our clients. We have developed excellent relationships with Department of Health officials and have been selected as Receiver of multiple Adult Care Facilities.
